I'm a noguns who wants to get a CCW. I went to the range and tried out all the rentals. So far I narrowed it down to

Which one should I buy? I can't decide between the two. I'm also open to other suggestions.

But yeah, those are two good choices for sure, and you've done a pretty good job of narrowing down what you want. By the simple fact that this is your firstgun, I would recommend the doublestack over the slightly more concealable single stack, because a double stack can double as a range fun blaster but a single stack will get tiresome and not be as much fun to shoot.

I've handled the LCP, the Kel-tec and the Bersa. I know you didn't mention Kel-tec but I brought it up anyway. The LCP and the Kel-tec are for people who will never fire them. The Bersa is actually a very excellent and ergonomic pistol with an exceptionally easy take-down. That said, buy a Sig P238.

The bersa's a good gun, but it's kind of a fatty. If you want a pocket rocket, LCP II is an excellent choice. Tiny, light, decent trigger.

Also, as a Waltherfag let me tell you, the P99 is pretty snappy even in 9mm, when compared to other 9mms. The .40 is more snappy still. I might call it nearly unpleasant.

I want a P2000SK or a Glock 26

I absolutely love the look of the classic H&K handguns like the USP and the Mk23 and i was wondering if the few hundred extra for the Mk23 is worth it. To clarify the only use for this firearm will be killing paper. Any sort of carry of firearms (except transport to and from the range) is banned in my country and our self defense laws are based around proportional defense so that would pretty much rule it out anyway.

I did not find it to be worth the extra $, so I sold mine. Try and shoot one a bit first if you can, I found the USP45T to be more enjoyable.

How do you like your horny AP? Lots of complaints about them have kept me away. I have a horny single and a lee progressive. I tried an RCBS 2000 and fucking hated it. The manual indexing was super gay. Primer system was weird but I could have lived with it.

I like it, but I only paid $300 including stand, thrower doesn't like flake powder so good, and you need to polish the primer feed 'sled' thing and bevel the primer hole in it. Factoring thr price and availability/online community support, I'd say I'm pretty happy with it. I also love the Lock n' Load bushings, converted my RCBS single stage to use them.

Once I get a Prusa I3-Mk3 I'm printing a a casing feeder for it, that should be fun.

Just picked up a brand new Glock 17 Gen 5 at my local gun store. Just cleaned her up after a range trip yesterday that went swimmingly. Only got to put 150 rounds through her but that new marksman barrel really makes her shoot straight. Am I the only one that fucks with Glock lately? This is my first after having nearly every handgun under the sun except Glock and I gotta say I'm a fan now. Anyone Gen5 here besides me?

How well do Mk23s hold their value? I kind of want to get one to larp and it'd be nice if the resale value was still good a few years later when my autism dies down or gets tempered.
