It looks better because it's not the lame generic multicam 9001 system that every cool guy uses these days

It doesn't, it isn't.

It looks better to you because you are not used to seeing it, it is different, foreign, and as a result, intriguing to you.

It does look pretty good though. I'm no slavaboo but they've always had an aesthetic of their own.

Camo is overrated

well, sometimes the lack of it certainly makes it look better

Also because it looks cool

>Why does it look better
Simplicity
if I meme like a motherfucker it goes like this

>Yurop and Americas
Aight, let's make space age looking shit for the soldier of the future, hoorah, I want R&D to add ambidextrous and assist buttons everywhere, I want a goddamn concept art department to make my new gun look like the ackalley rapechild of an electric shaver and a swordfish, add ergonomics and rails up in this bitch, polymer everywhere, it's gotta be built like a goddamn space shuttle. Add some digital camo while you're at it, UCP palette, who gives a crap it's not in use anymore

>Slav
Dima, I make new gun, do make handles and mags with broken leftover artillery pieces or shitty outdated rust-colored plastic

It look better because it remind you of the old video like Doom.

It isn't better, but it looks cooler. I believe the soviets actually did have aesthetics in mind when designed a lot of their military equipment. Although whether it's an aircraft or a soldier's personal equipment, the western stuff is almost always more effective.

What color is this?

>Camo is overrated
And slav camo is more aesthetic than western camo.

Even their digital look better.

This. It also works the other way - just look at how Russian SF have a massive boner for Western gear and go full tacticool with plate carriers, Multicam and Ops-Core helmets whenever possible.

tfw you will never own a VSS Vintorez

dumb frogposter

How can he sit down with that hanging off his ass? Is that why slavs squat? Have I solved the mystery?

Having the weight on your hips feels loads better than on your back imo.

Muh KGB soldiers,,,

Isn't that essentially just the American digital pattern and some green Flecktarn?

>Lift ass back
>Sit down
Wow. Magical slav secret to sitting with LBE on

It doesn't and it's not

It looks cool but sadly not even Russians use it anymore.

>Why does it look better?
OP's pic is pretty much tailor-made to be aesthetically pleasing. Think of it like a well-made commercial. It's going to catch your eye.

Slavsurp in practice usually looks like pic related. Not necessarily worse, but more accurate.

>Why is it better
Practicality is in mind when making this stuff. Elastic in the pant cuffs (on almost everything), heel stirrups to keep your pants from riding up, gussets in the crotch, reinforced elbows and crotches, and don't get me started on the Gorka's overall level of comfort, it is top tier.

I currently own Gorka 1, Gorka 3, and some "BDU" style pants from RU in gold Berzeka. It's the cat's meow. I much prefer to wear slav-surp to western milsurp because of the overall level of comfort provided while still maintaining maximum utility.

It's what happens when the guy in charge of the design was the son of a central committee member who would have wound up a CEO or art school trust fund art student in the west. The end result is barely functional equipment that looks cool.

True

>It's the cat's meow
holy shit it's been awhile since I've heard that. a fun idiom

Attached: 1523456923773.jpg (301x324, 17K)

squatting came from the ground being too cold to sit on so poor people/gopniks would just squat when they were outside with friends.

Cool

Because grass is greener on the other side and you're one of those x-aboos who fantasizes about life somewhere else under different culture, routines and upbringing because your own life is shitty.

Also; he - like many Russkies - wears off brand clothing and equipment a lot to make up for the shitty things supplied. His boots for example are Meindl.

Speaking of camo and stuff, here are two 1997 movies for snipers to learn.

BTW, look at those goddamn decoy dolls in 1:39:00-1:50:00

>OP's pic is pretty much tailor-made to be aesthetically pleasing
Not really, no. It might be a good commercial-made uniform. On the other side, SMERSH belt system is widely used in the troops.
>Slavsurp in practice usually looks like pic related
>post rag tag chechens
No, that's how beggars that pretended to be war veterans used to dress.

In this thread: stupid fucking vatniks

Attached: CkfdSbx.png (778x2411, 128K)

haha wonder if the flagship tank break down again this year

never happened

Because the armor and uniform tend to be relatively streamline yet a tad bit baggy. It has a homely feel but it is also proportional. It keeps a natural look while still doing it's job, and looks comfy as fuck.

Also has the aesthetic cold war look. Shame US lost that part. Those US Grenada-era uniforms are just right in terms of looks.

Attached: grenadaUSmarinesStreet.jpg (1045x704, 127K)

Holy fuck that's the most aesthetic Jow Forums pic I've ever seen

Why's that dude a chicken nugget?

If Chad was a uniform.

Anyone know what boots those are??

>Why even be of livings, Pyotr?

Attached: slavspionage.png (778x692, 1007K)

+1
Guys who honestly think that the average Russian soldier loves issued shit so much that he'd turn up his nose if offered a crate full of Western tacticool gear, are only fooling themselves.

Attached: Vojna.png (1200x800, 1.61M)

hello turkroach

Yeah let's give the reporter wearing make up our finest shit.

Post more slavshit, goddammit. I mean classic slavshit, before they adopted the generic green digital pattern.

>reproduction digital flora uniform

nice photoshoot.......

Because it doesn't and it isn't? There's a reason why Russian special forces use all western shit.

Slav ashit Looks better because it doesn't look like the current issue garbage bags are in use and it resembles military gear.
