Too bad calorie mate doesn't come in 3600 call boxes
These shits fit in m16 mag pouches but the packaging tears easily.

> Each tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3s. Lignans, which have both plant estrogen and antioxidant qualities.
Soiseeds? I'll stick to dried prunes as a source of fiber
One thing I've noticed from watching Steve's videos is that MREs made by countries that don't do much of anything (like Taiwan) are very poorly packaged. Some of them are just one airtight pack filled with what appears to be off the shelf foodstuff. Some of the stuff (like tea/coffee) is just in regular paper packets.
Strangely, the French MREs are like that as well even though they frequently deploy legionaries to all sorts of shitholes. I do not know if the Legion gets different rations.
Really gets your stimulates your synapses.
>7 days on 1200 calories
Senpai I'd rather not, I've done more than my fair share of long walks but I'd rather not.
If you've got the protein powder in there, you can honestly just drop the flaxseed and not really lose all that much. Personally, I'd replace it with ground walnuts.
I love retatds like you that think you can do this. Those are designed and formulated specifically for someone sitting on their ass all day and all night in a life boat that arent doing a fucking thing not for someone actually exerting themselves. its like filling the fuel tank of an Ferrari with grape jelly.
I think he means 1200 a day for seven days. If he thinks you can hike let alone ruck on that (forget about fighting or any field work) then the furthest he's ventured out of his masturbation chamber is to the kitchen when mommy refuses to bring him his diño tendies.
Mein neger you have just described the logistics realities of msot armies. Most armies are going to be deployed within their own country's physical borders or very close to them hence they don't really have to worry about the shelf life of their field rats or variety b/c as a rule these armies will probably have greater access to mess hall chow (which is a lot cheaper than field rats).
I think w/ regards to the French I think they're being cheap and also on log level they really pay attention to making sure their field kitchens- they're equivalent to the gulaschkanone or containerized kitchen trailers have a full scale bakery to handle baugettes and the morning croissants.
Armies that are expected to deploy thousands of miles from home have to pay attention about variety of the food issued to its soldiery, spoilage, wastage, pilferage. Fresh food for the chow halls must come from a trusted source or from home so often hot food served in the field comes in something that comes prepackaged in lasagna type trays or things like MREs are eaten a lot more often than they should.
in the end, remember people have mutinied over shitty chow the problem is combat arms- in particular the infantry- means you're the tip of the spear which is a fancy way of saying you're getting the long shaft.
So what's the alternative? Is it the high carb content that makes it sit down food?
Plenty of Alamo scouts and recondos were willing to go with one mre/c rat a day.
>I want some more!
Call me weird if you want but I think the milk chocolate Scho-ka-kola tasted better than the dark chocolate. The coffee flavor was also more noticeable and contrasted well with the sweet milk chocolate.
