are there any 1911's that have slide serrations that follow the same angles as the grip? something like pic related.
it has always bothered my the serrations were either vertical or if they were angled, they didnt continue the angles of the grip.

one thing that hasn't been mentioned is that the dimensions of grips varies.
so if you're in maximum OCD mode, the lines you have drawn could be slightly different for each pair of grips, or even from left to right on the same pair. thus, the sides of the grips and the serrations won't always line up with one another. sure a manufacturer could make it happen, but if you wanted to then change out grips..
i'm sure you can see the variation in pic related. notice how much more metal of the frame is showing around the Ruger grip panels than the old Colt.

Seems like for it to keep up you'd need to switch the lines from vertical to horizontal, which kinda negated the point of the serrations. Not that they're necessary anyway, but that would look goofy, and the vertical lines create a natural open and close, if you had the lines horizontal you'd need to dig the line in the slide and stop it manually, instead of a straight line that goes all the way. nahmaysane? (unless you just meant flip the whole thing 180 degrees in which case I'm a retard)

That is the closest one yet, i think the easiest thing to do is modify the grip instead of the serrations. since the grip panel itself isnt any "standard" size like said, just the hole spacing is standard. i could get/make/alter grips to be a rhombus shape and match them to a slide with the same angle of serrations.
but your example is the closest to matching lines ive seen, great find.
