I wanted one with a .458 upper and flush 5 round mags for maximum pirate since they first showed up. Normally the lines and aesthetic get all messed up once a magazine is in, but 5 rounders should still allow it to look good with either 2+1 or 3+1.

Those AR57s are straight blowback. I don't think the bolt fits into a standard bcg, and even if it did the bent geometry of the buffer would probably be super unreliable.

As someone who has played around with a Surefire warden in the past they do not reduce the fireball in fact they actually might make it worse all they do is redirect the Fireball and all of the concussive force from your muzzle blast in a forward Direction. It'll actually increase felt recoil which would probably be less than ideal for a pistol grip gun without a stock or brace.
