German pepperspray pistol

this thing is a self defense tool legal in germany, it shoots pepperspray up to seven metres.

personally i don't really see the advantage over a regular can of pepperspray, but what does Jow Forums think of it?

It's not German but Swiss. There is one with four barrels. The point of those is a longer range and better accuracy than regular pepperspray. It is also more expensive and cumbersome to carry.
One niggress became blind after a cop destroyed her eyes with one. It's pretty high pressure, there is a minimum range to respect.

Why do you think they use acid? Their thick, sunburnt skin is resistant to all but the most corrosive of chemicals.

It launches gas using blank cartridge. Which means if you fire it at someones face point blank , the gas is mostly secondary effect compared to the fact that they are geting a facefull of blank cartridge.
And as anyone here can tell you, if the barrel is few centimeters from your face, even a blank round will still fuck someone up.
Still, its shit compared to any real weapon. Better than nothing i guess.

I mean, No unteroffizer I would never defend myself with a two shot derringer to blow apart invaders. Not at all.

you would need to completely replace the barrels. Ones used in these gun are not degsined to handle any live round pressures.

Best way is to get tha oldass gas rohm PPK clone or gas revolver from early 90s, they were still gas guns, but made from sligtly less shit metals, and were commonly modified for live rounds. Tended to jam a lot, but they did shot.

You could drill out the frag catching stuff in a blank revolver and load the cylinders with shorts or with blanks, charging the ends of cylinders with .22 caliber airgun pellets like a cap-and-ball.
