"I have nothing to say" is all you should ever say. Don't let them in the door if they don't have a warrant. Ask for attorney. If you are already interacting with them at your door you're probably fucked anyway so just follow these instructions. You'll never talk your way out of any kind of trouble.

Yea that's not illegal at least where I'm at. We cannot USE the results of a blood draw unless the warrant is signed. But we can draw the blood prior to application of a warrant because the courts have ruled that it is not unreasonable since the evidence (BAC) can be lost while waiting on a warrant. Essentially it is an exigent circumstance. That said, a judge may not agree that there is enough to grant a search warrant and can deny the warrant application, thus making your BAC from the blood draw inadmissible in court.

Same cop, forgot to mention...in cases where a DUI suspect was admitted to the hospital and blood was drawn by medical staff for medical purposes, we will typically just apply to use that rather than have a second and unnecessary blood draw.

Tell them that you do not answer the door for the police. Tell them that if they wish to talk to you to they can have their dispatcher call your phone or that you can continue to talk through the doors. Keeping video/audio record of your house does no harm to you (since you are in control of the video), and saves your ass when the police evidence "disappears".
