I like my IC lower, but I will say that I still want to try something like the ADAC style where the right side bolt catch is slaved to the magazine release since catch is only used for admin or malf purposes where the mag is out or coming out anyway.

While I don't have the MLOK version, I do like my Arisaka inline. I had to clearance the side wing on my M600 to clear the 99051, but those wings are only used by the factory rail grabber anyway.

They are fine rifles. As far as accuracy, I think you'll find it harder to find a free floated AR from a quality manufacturer that can't shoot sub-moa with pet loads than not.

You can do that, or you can keep the hammer cocked, close the bolt, and put the rifle on safe. The latter is somewhat more preferred because the first being safe hinges upon your knowledge the hammer is down
