I have one of their flashlights.
It's bright and wasn't 500 dollars, so that's nice.

I've got their cheapo 3-9x 40 scope. It's great for $85 bucks and the same shit you'd get from bushnell but cheaper. They're like that thin line between aliexpress and quality brands.

It used to be you either had to get an expensive high quality scope or Barska tier garbage. They do put toughness over glass quality, something 90% of shooters who aren't used to Ziess quality scopes probably won't notice at all

Have an Advanced Microdot on my PS90. Works pretty good.

I've got the 5X and 3X prism scopes. I've also got the 4-14x R grid and the 6x .22LR, as well as a few red dots and a magnifier. They're fantastic options for the price

Yeah their shit is tasty as fuck

Attached: 20180424_235340.jpg (4160x2340, 2.1M)

Ive got both 1-8, the 4-14 hud dmr, 1-6 22lr acss. I love their optics and acss. It makes it easy for dummies like me to shoot gud

I wouldn't be surprised if ACSS replaces the old chevrons for the military, but I don't know if Trijocon will be too keen in cutting them in on that contract

i hope to be soon - it may be a few months

fuck i am vary tempted to order a prism acss noaw

I have their newer red dot and it seems pretty good. Waiting a bit to makr sure the kinks are worked out then prob gonna buy the raptor

I have the 3X on my AK. Great optic so far.

I like their ACSS red dot. It’s awskme with a magnifier

They already make an acog with an acss reticle so they must figure if you can't beat 'em join 'em

Yes

Attached: Snapchat-615766053.jpg (2075x1080, 509K)

I'm this guy, I like the acss reticle but I feel like at 3x I won't have time to line up on moving targets and range estimate and shit, I'll just use it as a kind of magnified red dot

Anyone else notice the new 3x scope in pubg is the 3x prism scope with acss from primary arms?

> No BUIS

>FDE on the optic and all the magpul parts except for the goddamn rear sight
If you're gonna contrast do it fucking properly

Attached: 1454013491983.jpg (284x355, 34K)

I'd use primary arms stuff more often if they didn't look like such trash. Like seriously, that pic rail on top looks exactly like some $25 amazon garbage

Trijicon has to pay liscensing fees and those ACOGs can only be sold by Primary Arms. Not that it hurts as those are always sold out

what upper/rail?

Noveske thunder ranch. mlok nsr with 14.5” pinned lightweight barrel

I got in a rut last year and put a red dot on everything. PA ships so fast it boggles the mind.

Seriously, I put their red dot on my AK too

Implying I actually care. The fde one looked cooler. It's a gun not a fucking matching playset for tea time.

I've got their Platinum 1-8x. Shit is nice as fuck.

you fucking know it boys
ACSS fo lyfe

Attached: greenrifle.jpg (1458x1920, 465K)

What build is that? Brownells?

it's just a PSA upper with an Anderson lower. the OD green furniture is from some rando at a gunshow.

scuse me, it's a PSA kit.

I have their red dot and 1-6x ACSS scope. I like both, but really want to try a gucci scope before I make any final judgements.

>using optics
>not using irons to pick off a target 1000m away

Attached: 1489880366961.png (530x542, 98K)

Ok. Looks good. I may go this route next build. I know PSA has a good deal on a 20" upper. I may do it

>BUIS

Attached: 1474754265922.jpg (1000x934, 332K)

That's a damn good looking rifle

he's right you know

How do primary arms optics compare to a brand like vortex? I'm already familiar with the quality of vortex, but the price point for the PA has my inner thrifty Jew rock hard

They are somewhat comparable, PA has better reticles imo

Primary arms is actually higher quality.

>moeshit

Would the PRISM optics mount directly to a fixed carry handle on an A2 clone?

Watch some of their youtube vids. The guys seems pretty brotier

How do you like it? Was debating psa vs bcm with a toolcraft bolt to shave some cost since this wont be a serious use rifle

It's more or less all they I buy. I've got a few red dots, a couple of their prisms, 1-6, 1-8, 1-8 plat, and acss acog.

I wish the acog could have a little picatiny rail on top like this, instead of the dedicated RMR mount. An aimpoint T2 at this height would be perfect for using night vision without a laser

with a anvis style dual tube setup, with a COTI over your left eye, and using a high red dot over our left eye

ITT: poorfags

I'm looking at getting a PA 1-6x scope for my 20inch next month. Can't wait.

Attached: 20180402_134316-1.jpg (2603x1921, 2.94M)

I'm selling one of their PA3x prism scopes with the killflash for $240 shipped. If interested email [email protected]

Great little scope, bright and works with ACOG style QD mounts. I thoroughly enjoyed using mine.

>inb4 kys

Fuck disregard that does get free shipping, Ill go $220.

If you use the link on any of the YouTube reviews you get the killflash and free shipping
>kill yourself faggit

have a 1-6 acss, glass quality is pretty meh but it’s chink shit so my expectations were low

if it’s made in China it’s literally made in the same factory. have you ever seen a documentary on it? fucking factories as far as the eye can see with company provided dorm room housing for the workers, one making the parts and the one next door assembling them. they change production daily/weekly, one day your making george foreman grills, the next $5 irons or hairdryers

each factory has its on niche, for instance if yours makes phones you won’t be making microwaves or basic bitch shit since you’d have to change tooling like a mother fucker so build “high end” phones one day, then $20 Walmart burner phones the next. rinse and repeat for computer shit, optic shit, camera, lcd screens, etc

can’t do that shit here since “hurr muh intellectual property n shiet” but they outsource it to china which has no patent laws so they copy and paste the engineer to other brands but without the billion dollar logo

tl;dr?
if it’s priced in the same bracket and made in china it’s literally made by the same factory just different production cycle

A Kobra is fine too.

ACSS will always be better than whatever the fuck Vortex as going on

>ITT; an OEM makes all products to the same manufacturing standards
This thread is a monument to the delusion of poorfags

You are implying that Chinese manufacturing has remained the same. Yes they still churn out shit products but they have been getting alot better as the years go by. 10 years ago a scope like Primary Arms would have had to been at least made in Japan and would have cost 2.5x as much. These days its cheaper for a Chinese firm to open a factory in Eastern Europe than it is to do it in China

youtube.com/watch?v=E7Jfrzkmzyc

They're both cluttered bullshit.

>putting any sight on an ak

At least it’s not rails.

Not really, Everything on the ACSS reticle makes sense if you took a whole 2 minutes to read the instructions that are printed on the side of the box

I'm good thanks.

>No ranging capabilities for the average soldier

Even Trijicon drank the ACSS koolaid

Attached: Clipboard01.jpg (1144x845, 100K)

Their red dots suck cock. Had two and both went back. Shits all fuzzy and unreliable. Sig's are much better for the price.

If fucking crayon-eaters can do it so can a troglodyte like you

Attached: TRTA31RCOM150CP-3.jpg (500x328, 12K)

Is the acss red dot a meme or useful

If your eyesight is bad it will blur together. It shines with a magnifier

I dont get to shoot all that often but it is definitely an A2 kit with an 20" barrel. that's about all the input I can give you, unfortunately :^(
the front sight post doesn't obscure your sight picture terribly, since it's out of focus and really close to the objective lens you don't have much more than a thick blurry line that basically disappears if you focus on the reticle.

I've got one. 1-6x ACSS reticle for my AR. Love it, although I am very inexperienced with scopes. I rarely need to actually turn on the light as the etched reticle is more often than not adequate for the job.

Attached: IMG_20170806_114013812_HDR.jpg (2268x4032, 3.74M)

I actually switched between the carry handle and the optic several times today. Held zero each time I put it back on

Attached: IMG_0950.jpg (1512x2016, 1.28M)

I love mine, pretty good for a starter optic.

Attached: 2018-05-12 19.44.35.jpg (1885x1060, 260K)

>No ranging capabilities for the average soldier
What are you fuckin stupid? The ACSS was designed for that. Easy, peasy, fuckhead.

How do I decide on 3x or 5x? I like the wider FOV for 3x but like the magnification on 5x.

talking about the original ACOG, the ACSS ACOG is only available via Primary Arms and is not issued to troops (yet)

I have the 4x prism on my AR with a truglo rmr style mini red dot on top, and the 4-14x Orion ffp on my PTR for durr and maybe hogs.

Poorfag confirmed

I personally prefer the lower magnification scopes on carbines or AK platform rifles while a full length AR can take full advantage of 5x

>paying premium for a scope that will be outdating at the end of its lifespan and won't be worth near as much once another company starts making bindon aiming scopes

Attached: 1525974546089.png (645x803, 315K)

3x ACSS on an 8.5in 300 BLK AR. Stupid or nah?

I feel the 2.5 would be more appropriate here

>paying anything for a scope that is shit at the start of its lifespan

Keep on telling yourself that. Schott glass will never be "out dated."

Attached: itsadownthesightspicture.jpg (1600x1200, 509K)

>falling for the myth of milspec

A scope that is issued to every Tom, Dick and Harry isn't that expensive to produce. Just like FNH and KAC, those guys are taking you idiots for a ride. Not saying that the scopes are shit as they are quite good. But there is a reason why a Colt AR is a third of the price of an FNH despite being literally the same thing

Cyclops when?
