this and all the "airsoft" glock parts... is the ATF actually trying this hard or are these just people who dont know any better/dont care
This is the first firearm I have seen on ebay, but I see legal parts all the time. Has anyone else see textbook definitions of "firearms" on ebay before?
I contacted the seller, and yes he is trying to sell the lower receiver as well. What do?
Hard pass imo. Probably a fed.
See it all the time. Usually by accident. Years ago an antique shop in florida was selling a "m1 carbine barrel" but it was an M2 carbine barreled action...
They eventually took the auction off, probably after someone contacted them, but people were bidding on it. Saw the giggle switch and noped the fuck away from that shit.
Why do virtually all the stories of people accidentally buying and selling machine guns involve m2 carbines?
Guns look damn near identical, and then if the M2 is missing the FA parts...even though it's still a machine gun per law, it's going to look 100% the same minus the stamping indicating it's M2, and average people don't pay attention to shit.
>handicapped trigger
>all plastic construction
What kind of fucked up rifle lower is this?
