There's a dozen or so slavs off the top of my head (though English doesn't get all of them right away). Gameplay is pretty fun, though admittedly there's a mid-game grind for more serious players (casual players will benefit a lot from the daily XP Simulation).

Like plenty of the units, some are just trash or trashy even if rare. The earliest example is p38, with her ability only being able to be used in night missions. HG buffs are nice, but why not give her a same skill like mkp23? Usefull in day but better at night?
Some are just vastly better in ability, regardless or rank or progression needed, or just can use their stats properly.
