it might be image stretch but the barrel on the m4 is really short alot shorter than that that looks more like an M16A4

I chose RPK over a more conventional support weapon because it uses the same rounds as the AKs I'm using, making ammunition interchangeable between support gunners and infantry.
As for the launchers, I don't have much of an excuse for that.

So an m40? The reason the m17 sucks is because replacing the filters is fucking excruciating, not to mention you have to take the mask off and manhandle it for a minute or two, instead of simply screwing on another filter. Just use a STANAG port like a normal human being.

There's actually a prototype of the M40 that is essentially an M17 that takes 40mm NATO filters. That's what I had in mind but I didn't feel like looking for a picture of it
