CZ-50 and CZ-70 are great deals right now. I really like WW I era stuff, so the Colt 1903, Ruby, Frommer, and more fall in there. If you wanted a more modern gun, there are a lot of polymer framed wonder 9s out there for the 400 bones range.

If given the chance, I'd probably hop on it if I was in the collecting mood. Gun should shoot pretty well. .32 is really fun to blast with.

What makes .32 more fun to shoot than other cartridges?

It has a very distinct "pop" sound and feel. Kinda like shooting a more powerful .22. Guns like the Frommer also have a very unique operation, which enhances the enjoyment. I'm not a "fun" shooter, but I have fun shooting my .32s

Is there a 9mm load suitable for animal defence? Nothing larger than a black bear. I don't like lugging my 44 around if I don't have to.

the .32 feels like a .22 with the blast of a .22 mag
it is a great round to get into reloading with, too

Whelp, I bought the RAMI. Really wanted a P01, but my local shop said it could take up to a year to order one. Only $500, came with 3 mags and 2 holsters. Will be adequate for summer carry I think. Not sure if I want to put a CGW trigger/hammer in it or not. Gonna shoot it a little bit first and find out.

Next thing I'm debating on will be an SP01 in 9mm or Tanfoglio match 10mm. Already have both calibers around anyway. Also considering putting a longer barrel in my g29 and getting some 15rd mags and extensions and sending the slide off to get cut for a dot. Thinking deltapoint pro or dual illumination RMR.
