Anything more detailed than that and you're looking at gunsmithing more than armorer stuff and that's when you just need to take a certified machinist diploma. Get a black powder pistol. vacation to a place you can shoot modern guns. Get some experience before giving opinions. You can also read and watch informative yt videos and learn how guns work, not reviews and shit like that but actual firearms design and then you'll have a better understanding. You can also join your countrys military to get gun experience.

I think I have decided on a ruger 10/22 instead of a marlin 60 because I don´t want to stick my hand in front of the barrel and have the problem of the extra round when unloading the gun. Is this the right choice?

The 10/22 is a better choice for a ton of reasons. Detachable magazine, huge aftermarket... no question, if you can buy either legally, get the 10/22.

10/22 is fine especially if you wanna modify it but the Marlin 795 is also pretty good and uses mags

For 90% of people, I would say get a Sig P238, good holster, technaclip, and have done with it. There are people, myself included, that conceal full size service pistols on the daily, but it takes commitment that most people just don't have.
