I've come to two conclusion on that.
One: They honestly believe that there should be no drop in price for something that is used and that they should get the NIB price of every item listed at the highest price they can find.
Two: That they have no intention of selling anything and their gf/wife demands that they do so she can have a new couch set and curtains. So they over list the price knowing no one will pay it hoping to keep the items.

I think the gimmick is that it's 3D printed and for airsoft. It's probably too fragile for real use, but putting it on a PCC or something with less recoil might work.
