Here's the real crown jewel of the lot, if it's even real. I think it's an iron cross or a knight's cross but it appears to be battle damaged. The "core" part isn't magnetic which has me worried. The loop at the top doesn't look like anything on any iron cross I've seen before. I heard a lot of these were faked in the months after the war by Europeans looking to sell souvenirs to allied troops but that could just be fuddlore for all I know.
