ITT: fund my dream lifestyle and land purchases.

Do you have any idea what the insurance liability would be for Jow Forums activity zone. It would crumble fast and youll be "stuck" with a half built club house, a couple acres . Poor you, then the donators are out the money and the fun.

This. It should be a multi state thing too anyways. I would unironically go forward and do the exact same thing but the only problem is that there isn't that many SoCal anons wanting to operate inna desert

>Clicked on thread thinking we were starting a Jow Forumsommunity innawoods
>really just help user build a gun range
I am disappoint

That list is totally fucked. Make one in notepad with indenting and screenshot it.

quit acting like a fucking minority with all that begging
get a god damn job and start saving

Official S.T.A.L.K.E.R. challenge LARP park/ meet up event facilities/ private club shooting range. I know a guy that pays for his taxes and life style renting his bad ass property to the SCA and civil war reenactors. He's got two cinderblock castles on each side of his land, several bridges across trenches he dug him self which section off areas. Campsites scattered around with a main camp "village" with little wattle and mud huts. Half of it is written off as a "christmas tree farm" tax free and acts as an enchanted forest for the larpers to stomp around in. Liability wavers covers his ass like skateparks.
If you build it they will come.
Dozen times a year charges $20/head for couple hudred folks to come out and play for a weeked.
