I've done something similar, my legs were out in the sun and I got a stinging sunburn and wacky looking tanline across my lower legs.

You’re wrong, m70ab1 and m92 are the only 1mm stamped yugos fielded. Npap df is technically a pretty close copy of the ab1, but fixed stock npap is a civvy exclusive

Forgot to mention, m70b1 is fixed stock with 1.5mm receiver

Gunbroker, expensive but worth it. After I sell off the bipod and components that came with my kit it’ll basically work out to the same or less than a new us made barrel.

this is what classic firearms says "ESS 4140 Chrome Moly (non-chrome lined ) 1 in 10 twist, 16.5” barrel, pressed into the front trunnion and properly headspaced. Checked with Go/No-Go Gauges and live round."

I've got an older Atlantic Polish AKM build on a Morrissey receiver. How hard would it be to put the correct Polish S/F marks on? Are they stamped into the receiver?

Yeah, that's the lacquer they put on the case to keep them from rusting. Mine has a polymer coating to do the same thing.

Where can I find good pictures of the side of a Polish receiver to see what they should look like?

Factory is stamped, but you can get etch kits pretty cheap and an etching looks better than an engraving
