You can't buy PEQ-15's/LA-5's as an individual. They must be purchased on department letterhead and are typically drop shipped directly from L3 to the purchasing agency.

i doubt it. your guns more likely going to be overgassed. get an adjustable gas block and I encourage you to fuck around with different buffer weights

The deadair cans are minimal backpressure. If you need more pressure to get them cycling either upgrade the gas system or get a high backpressure can.
