Simple solution is get an exorcist or priest idk what they are called.
Or there is most likely something hidden in the walls or floors that is keeping the spirit there. Could be a skull or papers that did the spirit wrong when it was alive. Once you find the source idk what to do, you could destroy it but that might make the spirits angry. Assert your domince, jizz on the source and piss on it

You ask it what it wants and try to help it pass on. If that doesn't work you use a salt gun. Usually salt guns are used for killing flies but it should work for ghost killing. If you want to go the complicated route you take an iron rod with a holy symbol inscribed on it and coated in sacred oils and smack it.
