did you actually try them? I've never met anyone who claimed to have used them.

Rocketball is either going to be super weak or have little stability going downrange.
The projectile is everything and so if you want a powerful charge then you need a large projectile (Which is pointless unless you have the barrel length). You want a small projectile with that kind of ammo then you have a very small charge.

Caseless fires like any ammo, even this particular type.

It's the same thing but without a brass casing. The propellant is made more robust so it can be handled, until such time as the weapon is fired when it'll explode like it does in a normal round.
