Who would win?

Who would win?
The entirety of the Third Reich, the way it was in 1943 July or Israel the way it was in 1967 June?

Israeli tanks and aircraft would likely have a kdr of 100:1 if not more

Pretty sure he means automatic battle rifles and the such. Germany only had the stg-44 in small quantities

Israel was making fucking nukes at that time. If not for that, the Reich would win because they'd out-manufacture/supply Israel despite their technological advantage.

With or without US support on Israeli side?

The US wasn't supporting Israel in 1967. France was,

Pretty hard to blitz an enemy with superior mobility, communications and intel gathering.

pretty much this. Germany would have nothing to effectively counter helicopters with as well.

Why couldn't normal concentrated Flak fire destroy them?

Because the flaks would be destroyed

What if the Helicopters are flying through forested areas that are littered with Flakpanzers?

Israel didn't have attack helicopters in 1967 guys...

not effectively as helicopters would be way too low to the ground and be way too quick/maneuverable. also anything else would be too low caliber to do enough significant damage before getting raped by said heli or heli escapes miles behind your line to drop a special forces group.

this guy has a great point though

You mean with no outside support?
Do you also mean the occupied territories by 1943 or only the core Third Reich?
It would be a year long meat grinder, but Germany would somehow overcome, because it will be a war of attrition.
Israel’s population was 2.8 million in 1967.
Germany’s core population was 80.6 million in 1939.
In 1943 there were 11.2 million in the Wehrmacht.

Israel would be in a favorable position for the first month, or even the first year. But the Germans would adapt.

It would be like the Third Reich vs the Soviet Union all over again. But this time the Third Reich is Israel.

They did SA-319's equipped with rockets and 20mm cannons.

>But the Germans would adapt.
How exactly do you adapt to the enemy having total air superiority? Any sort of force concentration would be bombed into dust before they got into shooting range and any sort of logistics chain or staging area would be a 24/7 bonfire.
Any german offensive would be massacred with minimal Israeli losses, until the german troops mutinied and went home.

oh rip, germany never stood a chance.

It takes long to conquer a country. You need boots on the ground. It wil be worse than the Eastern Front.
And the Soviets could adapt too, so why shouldn’t the Germans be able to?

we're talking like what, 80 million people vs. below 3 million? And they're fighting each other in isolation? Nukes are israels only chance.

>And the Soviets could adapt too, so why shouldn’t the Germans be able to?
The soviets started the war as technological equals to the nazis and had a massively superior manufacturing base. The only reason that Germany had any success against the Russians, is because they were caught flat footed and in disarray in the beginning.

On the flip side, a german offensive against Israel would instantly fail, because Israel has the intel gathering ability to always know where german force concentrations and logistics hubs are and annihilate them with impunity before they ever got a chance to engage ground forces.
A year of attrition would just give israel breathing space to develop a strategic bomber fleet or expand its ICBM capabilities, at which point germany would start looking like the surface of the moon.

The Soviets HAD air superiority dumbass

not until after germany started crumbling. during the height of barbarossa moscow and stalingarad were getting anally annihilated by stukas
but its a moot point as israel would immediately disintegrate the luftwaffe

>and had a massively superior manufacturing base
Which the krauts now have compared to Israel.
>On the flip side, a german offensive against Israel would instantly fail, because Israel has the intel gathering ability to always know where german force concentrations and logistics hubs are and annihilate them with impunity before they ever got a chance to engage ground forces.
For the first months, like for the Soviets.
>A year of attrition would just give israel breathing space to develop a strategic bomber fleet or expand its ICBM capabilities, at which point germany would start looking like the surface of the moon.
Where would they even get their resources from? Remember, no outside support.
