Better than anything CZ
Better than EAA
Not as good as S&W, ruger, glock, sig

Just get an Rock island armory

>Better than anything CZ
>Better than EAA

oh u

Zinc barrels, pewter hammers, plastic firing pins, and cast slides

most 1911's on the market are shit. typically if they're cheaper than $800 you're going to have to replace a lot of parts to make them not so shitty. and if they cost more than $800, you're still going to have to replace a couple of parts to make them better than par. you're actually better off building one from scratch if you can manage.

>The gun won't function unless you spend $1500 MINIMUM

Don't bother and just go with RIA

Truth stings a bit huh?

>doesn't know about Springfield or ruger 1911s
Shiggidy diggity

Not him but I heard that Ruger 1911s don't get any sort of fitting at the factory. Is that true?

I dont knkw for sure, but chances are that they do.
I do know that they function well and are pro ably the best sub $1k 1911 out there.
Although I haven't priced 1911s in a little bit so there could be a new contender on the market.

Cz produces a few Dan Wesson 1911 iirc, can someone correct me if wrong? From memory to lazy to look up isn't the dam Wesson from cz?

I own an SR1911, I like it but I do wish I went for a Springfield for a couple more bucks.

I'd like a Springfield Loaded but my conscience won't let me. What makes you want the Springfield over the Ruger?

My sig 1911 was like $1200 MSRP but sold for about $850 new.

I personally have put 4,500 or so rounds through it, and at least 1k of those have been suppressed with an aftermarket threaded barrel. I’ve had one failure, and that was from the first session shooting suppressed because I over oiled it and it got gummed up pretty badly after about 100 rounds.

Had some freckles of rust spots I'd like to imagine wouldn't happen with a slightly nicer 1911, I very much like it otherwise. Also would have considered paying more if I could do it over for a s&w scandium 1911.

>Obtain used Llama Max II for 300 bucks. 14+1 capacity, otherwise a 1911 GI model.
Works. Amazing. Wow. such function. much good.

Just buy a flip gun

Bam. Mac. Llama. American Classic. Holy shit. Look at the choices. The guns work as soon as you get them.

"Muh muh muh..." Shut up. You got cucked by the most powerful race on earth.

All 1911s are trash except USGI and post 1990 commercial Colts. Even then all trash compared to G21 or HK45 for a practical pistol

RIA proves you wrong. Congrats, nogunz.

U=Leddit

In my personal experience, RIAs are crap.
Auto Ordnance works, but the trigger is the most abysmal of any pistol I've shot.
Ruger is meh.
Springfield is decent, but they're traitorous cucks.
Colt is trash.

The only two 1911s I've had that never ever malfunctioned are ironically a Remington R1 enhanced, and a Norinco "Model of the 1911"

Take that for what its worth I guess.
I love 1911s but I honestly couldn't give a strong recommendation for any manufacturer.
There's just way too much variability.
