Future Insurgency

With vehicles being equipmented with new technology, being able to engage without line of sight, using drones (both large and small) and new optical systems being developed, how do you think insurgents will adapt in the coming years?
If you had to go up against something like this, how would you go about it?
I feel like the drones would be hard to deal with (they could see you with thermal long before you would notice them) without jamming signals or knocking them out of the sky.

You blend in with civilians and melt away back in to the civilian population as soon as a confrontation starts.

I have seen drone footage from Iraq of civilians actively helping insurgents blend in and get away. If you are fighting for a cause the civilians believe in they will assist and admire you for having the courage to actually fight.

Classic guerilla tactics, and maybe, just maybe, the use of cheap drones.

If the enemy is using $20k-$500k missiles to shoot down $20 drones, the asymmetry adds up pretty fast.

Only way to beat that tank if you're a sand nigger is get it to stay still long enough to blow out the bottom of the building its next to, burying it.
