Pic looks a lot like my high school gf. I cheated on her a few times, broke up over the phone when I left for college. Did her real wrong. She loved me a lot and I was so concerned with self-gratification I broke her heart.

Fuck no. There's a lot that goes into building a stable and mutually beneficial relationship. Dating/living together are basically a multi layer filter to find someone you work with. Bypassing all of that shit because she's hot or carries something you approve of is reckless.
