Best you're going to get for a budget is a sporterized enfield. I can't bear to see what they go for these days. Non sporterized enfields are expensive, anything German is expensive. Mosins are going up in price but pricey as fuck compared to a few years ago when you could get them for $99.

With a 3MOA Burris Fastfire III, the dimmest dot about halfway covers a grey squirrel at 35 metres. If that helps. At 6 to 8 times that range? The dot would hide a man entirely.
