Probably the most effective assuming ideal conditions. Fucks with the electric pulses your muscles send or some gay science shit like that and makes it actually impossible to resist or continue an attack if both prongs make contact with the target and are sufficiently far enough apart to generate a current. Obviously if you miss or their clothing is too thick for the prongs to penetrate it's completely useless

Effective, but pretty easily a lethal weapon as well. I don't think anybody needs to be told the pros and cons of a metal stick.
TL;DR carry a non-lethal option if you want, but carry a gun too because they're all pretty fucking unreliable

But you hit someone in the head hard enough, they're going out and it doesn't matter how doped up they are on adrenaline or bath salts.You're not going to get that one shot stop power with a knife.
