The actual AK-12 designed by Zlobin was not the AK-200, and it was not the first gun Izhmash sent to Ratnik.
At first Izhmash sent the AK-107 and AK-103-3. But Zlobin was a cunt and forced the AK-12 into AK-107 place.
AK-12 was a new born baby, so it failed the Ratnik test.
Izhmash turn into KC, and fired Zlobin. The new chief designer dropped the AK-12, and Replace it with AK-103-3, the gun that was sent to Ratnik before AK-12. AK-103-3 was renamed AK-400 and then AK-12 in 2016.
