Any recommendations on parts kits?
I kinda figured with my small ass budget since im a poorfag. Parts kits and buying the parts when I can is more convenient to getting the ak rifle I want.

Thinking about starting with a Romanian parts kit then going to polish later.

Hey, whats the deal with the oversized threads on the SGL-21 and 31? I like the 74 style muzzle break, although I wouldn't mind suppressing it one day.

Bulgarians don't use traditional 1x14LH threads

I think that if I had enough ammo of either I would rather have my Saiga out in the woods with me, its a lot easier to keep clean than an AR, plus I already have an optic for the ak so whats the point other than mag and ammo availability. AR could probably suppress easier and more reliably, but thats pure conjecture on my part of shit ive been told.

what happens if you put a draco piston/bcg into a regular AKM? Does it because a short stroke action now?

It flys back with like 5x more speed and fucks up your rear trunnion.

It's a suregrip belt from HSGI and the neoprene material on the inside of it is very grippy. Honestly don't think you'd need suspenders with it.

no problem, make sure you buy the one for your folder because they're all shaped differently/accordingly. I have one for my Romy lever and push button and they're both shaped and mount totally differently even though the stocks are super similar

There's this guy called "Mike" on YT, that's literally the entire name of his channel, he had a pre-ban full auto Type 56 of his modified into an AKMSU by a gunsmith, so if you have an AK, there are some out there who will make an AKMSU out of it.

Why would they not be? They're apart of the stock set. People all the time say "what stock"/"replace that stock" while referring to the whole set and not just the buttstock.

Does it have the shortened barrel also, or the original long barrel? If short you should get the ROMAK3 stock set with palmswells that ironwood sells. It'll be twice as aesthetic and probably help you control it quite a bit
