What's it like to be part of the militia?

What's it like to be part of the militia?

Mostly cringe with a strong chance of federal undercover sting, with a spattering of white trash.

Have you done anal before. It is like that.

>The militia is the whole* of the people - George Mason
*all able-bodied male citizens of the United States and all other able-bodied males who have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States,” between the ages of eighteen and forty-five.

>and all other able-bodied males who have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States
Wait, so I can become hasmilitia by declaring my support? Is it like joining ISIS? Do I have to do it on Twitter, or will here do?

Well since the republic has gone so far off course with all their unconstitutional garbage, I highly doubt it'd be legal.

I mean, there's still some vestige of it.
You can still become naturalized through military service.

I wouldn't be able to join even as an American, because of health problems. I couldn't join my own damn military.

>that skin tone
>that book
What's it like to need plain english tranlsated, poorly i might add, to ebonics in order to understand it?

What's it like to be triggered by a picture?

>Fat shitskin finger
>Konsitooshun fo' dummy's
Yep this checks out

>filename
It's not OP in that pic, you dribbling moronic newfags.

>and all other able-bodied males who have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States
So once upon a time anyone from say the UK could simply declare their intention and they would be allowed to escape?

Yeah pretty much

Feels like freedom, porchmonkey. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED

>haha ayo dis white boi triggered cuz he called me a monkey lmao
man no wonder nobody likes you brain dead niggers.

Technically, that's still the wording right now.
10 U.S. Code § 246
(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.

(b) The classes of the militia are—

(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and

(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

And then 10 U.S. Code § 247 are the exemptions.
(a) The following persons are exempt from militia duty:

(1) The Vice President.

(2) The judicial and executive officers of the United States, the several States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

(3) Members of the armed forces, except members who are not on active duty.

(4) Customhouse clerks.

(5) Persons employed by the United States in the transmission of mail.

(6) Workmen employed in armories, arsenals, and naval shipyards of the United States.

(7) Pilots on navigable waters.

(8) Mariners in the sea service of a citizen of, or a merchant in, the United States.

(b) A person who claims exemption because of religious belief is exempt from militia duty in a combatant capacity, if the conscientious holding of that belief is established under such regulations as the President may prescribe. However, such a person is not exempt from militia duty that the President determines to be noncombatant.

Shall

You are a militia of one. There you go buddy.
Additionally, being in a militia is not necessary since Heller said it is both an individual and collective right.

Triggered and butthurt enough to respond

>inb4 someone posts that cringey "I am a militia" anti-gun protest sign with the tard kid from the Simpsons.

Just a bunch of friends larping in the woods
>T.militiafag

>You are a militia of one.
Well, I'm promoting myself to the rank of Supreme Galactic Field Marshal then.

I got to keep my high school US history book and that pic got me curious.

i don't think we have enough rope

>i.e. for military purposes
>tfw this little statist bs phrase could also be interpreted that I have full access to anything with military purposes
brb buying howitzer

Just wait till you see the footnote

Attached: 2nd Footnote.jpg (4545x793, 735K)

I don't understand, why exactly are you butthurt about the phrase "i.e., for military purposes"?

SHALL

There's no implied infringement in that phrase.

yes there is shill, SHALL

How is there then? I guess maybe you could read it as making assault rifles legal but not necessarily purely hunting rifles. But that would be dumb.

Motherfuckers

>consistently held that the "right" to bear arms is a limited one.
>lying this hard
Into the trash it goes.

That's a pretty based [bracket], it's obviously why the 2nd was written and we just need the Supreme Court to do something about it so we can get our autos back. What good is a military without full auto?

That's not wrong though, the courts have pretty consistently held since the NFA, through rulings or silence, that the right is a limited one. It's an objective statement of fact.

It's mainly having fun with other cryptofudds until you get noticed and you were dumb enough to call yourself a militia. Once you're found out, it's pic related.

>inb4 muh "SHALL" tards

Shallposting is a natural reaction to canned antigun bullshit. Why put in more effort than they did?

It's not canned antigun bullshit. It's a true historical fact written in a history book.

I'm not sure what you're arguing here. I never said it wasn't a fact.

People screech shall for every single post that remotely suggests that maybe we shouldn't shove guns into literally every person's every single orifice.

are you kinkshaming you fucking shitlord?

It's also historical fact that the second amendment wasn't limited until the NFA.

Thus the courts had little reason to rule on whether or not they thought the right was limited.

>or will here do?
Here will do.
Remember, no to gun confiscation, and no more free Wacos.
done.
oh, you don't have enough ammo, i can tell from here.

Isn't that one taken?

THAT is not what the constitution says. That book is in violation of the library act.

There are official militias you can join.
That aren’t full fledged military

Not Sky Marshal?

kind of like being in the fbi

Wait, are you saying that a statute supersedes a constitutional amendment?

I'm saying that the courts have consistently held the the right to bear arms is a limited one, for as long as they've been producing court opinions in regard to the right to bear arms.
