Usually buck because its the more common/cheaper round and because your average muppet doesn't know that slugs are even a thing. Which buck or slug wouldn't affect the low lethality level when you angle the shotgun so high that you're pointing it at your nasal cavity. Even with a .50bmg all you'd do is cleave your face in half, lose both eyes, and leave your brain mostly intact.

Cyanide isn't an instant death like the movies, it's actually a rather slow and very agonizing death that can take minutes to kill you.

The spinal cord just thinks the brain has gone down to the shop for a pack of cigarettes, and patiently waits until he turns 1.8, then his stepdad kicks him out and tells him to get a job.

This may be 100% bullshit but as a I remember from gen chem it basically spoofs another chemical used in cell respiration and stops that process.
