This was created by clumsily grafting an ar57 upper to the fightlite scr lower using paint.net.
If someone with actual photoshop skills would like to do better, I beg that you do, so that this abomination of an image may be forever purged from this earth.
California ar-57
Does the ar57 need a special buffer weight?
idk what youre talking about
the 57s got its own proprietary bolt and so does the scr
its not possible to make work
that top one is pretty sexy
Did this a while ago. Yours is not that bad.
But yeah I'm told it would require heavy modding if it's even possible, unfortunately.
Also have this while we're at it.
What is this
>80%
>ar parts
>keeping mouth shut
pretty sure that's the CA AR15
Delet this
Or just go to the store and buy an AR. You know they still sell them in CA right?
5.7 is literally just worse 5.56 meant for full auto SBR's
why the fuck would you put 5.7 in a rifle in a state you can't even have the only advantage of the round with 50 round mags?
They're actually breddy good rifles. My dad got one for the fudd aesthetics.
Am I retarded, or do these lowers sell out stupid fast? Can't seem to find one in stock for the life of me
where would you put the recoil spring?
It goes on top over the bolt
like this guy?
it's bolt action
ok
the scr has a rat tail like a shotgun.
>not wanting to create a modern swashbuckler's pistol
This, probably. The AR-57 is straight blowback, so it likely has a solid bolt with a slot for the hammer.
Maybe if you could get one of the tangs from the SCR and chop the AR57 bolt in half and modify it to fit the SCR tang, and then replace all the buffer weights in the SCR stock with huge tungsten ones?
