Cali law requires all firearm sales to be done through an FFL. Therefore all sales are run through the CA DOJ. If they see the same person even attempting to buy a second gun within 30 days of having submitted permission to buy one already, it gets immediately thrown back as DO NOT TRANSFER and the buyer gets a phone call or visit. Yes, there are ways around it, but only if you have knowledge in CA firearms laws and are willing to jump through hoops beforehand.

For California fags that need a gun and have at least 600-700 dollars in disposable income: Buy the latest version of the poly80 frame and glock parts kit. The latest gen poly80 frames are awesome because you only need a hand drill and an x-acto knife to complete them, it comes with the drill bits and jig to finish it. Before the rear rail was plastic and had to be finished with a drill press and x-y vise. Now they just include steel drop-in rails that you drill the hole for, push in, and secure with pins. You only need to make 3 holes with a hand drill, whittle off the placeholder rails with an x-acto knife, and follow a guide on how to finish a glock poly80 kit. You can test fire it in the desert or at a range where they don't check your serials or give a shit. It can be made in a fucking closet with seperately sold tools costing 50 dollars tops. They run for ~600 dollars for both the poly frame and glock kit, depending on what deals you get. Also for the sake of legality, AB857 requires you to register 80% builds, or else you're breaking the law in such a way where they have no way at all to find out unless you're a noisy retard.
