a friend's brother, he was fucking insane. he was a drug addict, had a habit of pinning her against walls and hitting her, regularly spied on her communications, stole her money, went through her shit, and a lot of other things. i didn't have anything to do with him at first, i met the friend through an acquaintance.
eventually she started hanging out at my place, then he started showing up, she'd clam up and say nothing. i got a bit sick of it because he would show up and talk for her and then leave with her, i tried to talk with him about it and he dodged questions then left.
she stopped talking to me after a while, i learned through another friend that he told her to stay away from me. i found her, asked her what the fuck was going on, she told me that apparently i was the insane controlling one out to brainwash her and he was just trying to protect her.
for a month or two she'd sneak over to my place to play vidya and eat food, then he found out. he came around and started throwing my shit against the walls, i and another guy backed him out, he threatened me all the way out to his car. my friend again stopped coming, this time apparently he held a knife to her. her parents didn't do shit.
for another few months we'd all have her over whenever possible, we'd have one person claim to have her over while she was at another person's place, if anyone at home asked she'd just say that she went with someone and forgot to call or whatever. we also worked on getting her an apartment.
then he started fucking spying on me. he caught her at mine several times, photographed all of them, and then beat the shit out of her one day. it was all (((merely a coincidence))) once she was at the hospital. her parents helped him by claiming she was "mentally ill" as a result of her "manipulative friends" and got her committed. we didn't even know what he did until she got out.
we accelerated the moving out, straight up had her live at one guy's place for a while.
then he continued fucking spying on me, this time for sport or whatever. he told me that if i didn't immediately stop talking to her he would ruin my life. he tried to get me fired by alleging i was a drug addict and a rapist, he tried to break into my house, he intercepted the people i met and made up some stories about how evil i was, you get the picture.
i had to go down to his house with a baseball bat and threaten to kill him before he stopped. i'm pretty sure he still tries to fuck with me every year or two, it's just subtle shit now. i had to lock down everything.
