Your Favorite?

What's your favorite weapon? This one here is my favorite handgun...badass, great ballistics/accuracy. Top one. FYI; the red dot sight is decent, it slows me down a bit but does provide more precision...mainly carried in the forest. G29 is my goto carry pistol for everything else.

For handguns,
As an edc, my Glock 19 as it fits my hands well, and works. But my favorite as a shooter is my 1911

My scorpion micro. Spent the last 5 months setting it up to my exact specs and it's now perfect for me. Only thing I'm adding is a can.

Glock 19 is a great choice...got a Gen4 and Gen4 MOS 19. Sold the last 1911 I had, kinda wish I hadn't now but I'll replace it eventually with a 10mm 1911. What make/model 1911 ya got?

Just looked it up, looks cool. I'd like to get a 805 Bren one of these days.

Here's my take on a 556 DM style carbine/counter sniper...I know I know compared to the original it's nothing but I live in a very tight wooded area, damn good shooter.

Standard rock island at the moment, but I plan on getting something nicer in the coming months. Probably going to go for a Dan Wesson

I had a RI quite a while back, good shooters...not refined but get the job done.

Idgaf how outdated it is, I love it.

The cz scorpion and bren have inherent ergonomical issues that need be adressed. While the scorpion has the aftermarket support to negate this, the bren does not. And the bren's charging handle is mounted in a way that affects the way optics need to be mounted. An issue that wasn't adressed on the bren2. Just fyi. And the micros aren't out yet so my conversion has some differences to what you may have seen when you looked it up. Just some things worth noting if you're looking into cz's non-handgun offerings

Tommys will never not be cool

Badass

Thanks for the headsup...wouldn't wanna drop that much money on a firearm I don't like. Got any experience with the Keltec RFB? Looks like it could make a badass DMR.

Indeed, got it mainly as an intro into the 1911 to see if I like them. I like the feel of recoil impulse a bit more than 9mm.

That's one reason i like the 10mm, the recoil impulse feels perfect. It's a lot more tame than most people think, especially in the G40. Hot loads such as Underwood are great.

No idea. I don't go for bullpup for reasons and I've never known kelteks to stand the test of time. As in they typically have a shorter recommended service life compared to most traditional designs. Then again I've never owned a kel tek so my opinion isn't worth much.

The other contender for a .30 cal DMR is the Ruger SR762, this one will probably win out but there are other options on the table, I've got time to decide...It will be kitted up similar to that 556 DM I posted up above except with a 6x ACOG..

Ruger seems like a solid piece. I think a vpo would do better than an acog for a .30 dmr setup.

Maybe so...I'm just addicted to ACOGs, love everything about them especially how rugged they are. I've looked into other optics, I'm not sure anything over 6 or 8x will be beneficial where I live. No quality optics are off the table though.

That trijicon vpo with tritium powered reticle seems pretty slick and more tailored to what you want. Cant remember the name.

Glock fags are not good judges of gun quality

I'm inclined to agree

A dipshit that thinks you can only buy/like one brand of gun..

Liking and buying something says nothing about the quality of the item.

What the hell is wrong with the frame on your 20? Looks curved by the muzzle.

Its a glock thing, you wouldn't understand.

Bump

something about it, man. it just does it for me

She still looks young.

I don't care what people say about them, it's one of the comfiest guns I've ever shot.
I've taken it to more range trips than anything else in my collection.
It was the second gun I ever bought (first was my Garand) and I still love it.
