How do they compare as an ar10? Is it safe on the operators side?

From what I've read about PSA AR-10s, they can be overgassed and overtorqued, but they're not going to explode or anything.
Yeah, I heard about issues with the gen 1, but they fixed a lot with the gen 2. They still over gas, they say for reliability for extraction, and over torqueing, which they say is to discourage people from messing with it, but for an entry level rifle, it'll do between 1-2 moa with the fancy ammo, and it'll go bang every time.
