I conceal, but legal open carry keeps me from worrying about concealment.

Police are also given training for weapons retention for standardized level 3 retention holsters. They also have the authority to do things like brandish weapons to suspects that encroach their space because their job involves doing things like approaching dangerous situations and making arrests. As a CCW holder you don't have to do any of those things meaning that it is best to cover your guns and make sure no one knows you have it, so if you need it then you can have the element of surprise on bad guys. Yet again read a book or go to a class by a good instructor on concealed carry instead of spreading propaganda lies that'll get you killed and our gun rights taken because Fudds are becoming walking gun dispensers.
