Is there such a thing as a double barrel pump action wood stock shotgun with a single trigger? I want one pull, double blast DOOM style without having to fiddle with pulling two triggers at once. I terms of video games I'm basically looking for the shotgun from the N64 game Turok 2. Pic is the closest thing I can find so far, anyone got anything closer? 20, 12, or 10 gauge.

That'd be a machine gun legally user
Wouldn't it just be a pepperbox technically if the bullets are fired simultaneously and not in succession?
Get an old double trigger side by side and pull them both.
No. It'd legally be a machine gun.
By this logic, could you create a pepper box with day. 2 normal barrel and 3 (or however are need to constitute it being classed as) barrels made of ultra light shit metal
Result is a double barrel (or quad, visually) shotgun
Not the case, since double barrel shotguns exist literally everywhere that can fire both barrels simultaneously. According to you, all of those are machine guns.
Aw shit I just looked up the stupid law and yeah it would "legally" be a machine gun because of the wording around the trigger function.

Q16, it'd be a volley gun
A simple model, something like exposed hammers, would probably work.
Nice dual trigger guns can have one of the triggers seize slightly when pulling them both at the same time. It won't get stuck forever, but it wouldn't work.
Alright I'll settle for the double trigger and I'd just pull both. Anything exist with that amendment?
Wrong.
I have seen a lot of double barrels and I have never seen a single trigger pull/double fire
some have two trigger and guys would pull both at the same time
others have a singly trigger that goes back and forth between chambers
If you made some connector to make one trigger pull the other one it could work
Those have double triggers
such a device would be an NFA item
but the triggers are linked and fire both barrels simultaneously
Two triggers dipshit. Both have to be depressed and remain depressed before the hammer will fall.
again wrong
not the ones I have see and disassembled
they are essentially two 1911s welded together
there is no interlinking mechanical parts between the two sides
I don't know if they made more than one type though
The law defining "machinegun" has a carve-out just for doublebarrel firearms
Please read this
So that means if I got two shockwaves I could tape em together(one of em being a lefty of course)
Dude. One trigger pull per bang. You have to make a bang happen. You can pull the trigger and you get a bang. It's always been easy like that. Statistically most people won't even aim their shot or make it miss on purpose that even if they had a more capable weapon they wouldn't use it effectively. The entire premise of effective weapons is based off the fact that anyone that could use them would do so less effectively as possible so a lone actor is never as capable of dozens of examples of people being capable using it to the best effect possible. A lone person using it was never the intended effect it was measured by, it was by many many people using it at once under the assumption that most of it won't work regardless of it hitting anything or not.
Closest would be picrelated but you'd have to build 2 offset triggers to bring them both into closer together side-by-side under a trimmed down triggerguard.
>still 2 triggers for 2 shots and could be pulled individually by fingertip so not NFA shotdoggo
>able to be pulled together not sequentially like a front&back pair of triggers in a SxS shotgun
no, it does not
this particular rule has gotten more people in trouble with the ATF than any other part of the NFA
the rules don't have to make sense to them for you to get run over by they system
people have tried to make semi autos that fail and go full auto at the range and they get arrested
Then plz explain Q16
Just modify the trigger of a dp12
dumb fuck
Dont fuckin post until youve read ALL of this and can recite it
Did you read all the way through your own source? Answer #17 says that a single trigger causing multiple barrels to fire a round would be a machine gun.
Fuck no it doesnt
That answer says 'multiple distances' of a trigger cannot make a firearm discharge more than once, even with multiple barrels
U trolling? Or just a tard?
the hammers are fucking welded together, how the hell are you only going to fire one?
it has two triggers because its wide as fuck but both release the linked hammer
>That answer says 'multiple distances' of a trigger cannot make a firearm discharge more than once
No, that's 18. 17 is about a single movement of the trigger, they even underlined it.
That Arsenal double 1911 is exactly what this dude is describing. Not a machine gun.
How are volleyfire guns legal?
Volley fire exception, dipshit.
>How are volleyfire guns legal?
THEN WHAT THE FUCK
WHAT IS GOING ON??
Just stick a spent shotgun shell between the two triggers, it’s what fudds have been doing for years for dat fiapowa
Then how come we dont have this already
>i readed a law that say 1 boolet per trigger poolet
I'll believe it what I see it
the ATF can be funny like that letting a project go for a while then labeling it as an NFA item
No.
Volleygun exception, you retrd.
>I'm a retard
Quality input friendo
Incorrect
Sears are linked, 2 triggers, both have to be pulled simultaneously to fire.
>single pull
>fires at 1/16th inch, 1/8th, 3/16th
Machine gun
>single pull
>fires all rounds at once
Volley gun, legal
Lrn2rd or congrats and successful trolling.
Quoted wrong user for the double 1911....
Meant for
youtu.be
Only one of the two triggers must be pulled for the gun to fire. It fires both barrels at the same time. The gun is incapable of firing one side or the other.
You're a fucking retard
Are you having a stroke user?
Alright, so single trigger might work if classified as a volley gun. Does that stand in Canadian law?
Man I've never heard of that before.
Brb buying a dubba barrel shotgun just for this
No it's not.
Why don't we have volley AR15s yet??
Alright you double niggers, explain the gay piece of shit that is pic related. The ATF approved it. Even on top of that, OP's picture is technically 2 different receivers as well, but regardless, the ATF's most recent opinion based on their decision pertaining to pic related would make a double shotgun with one trigger not a machine gun.
Maybe I would buy it if it weren't in fucking 25 ACP
>.25 ACP
>I unironically want Moe's shotgun
Why am I like this?
You know someone who was arrested and convicted for having a malfunctioning firearm? They proved in a court of law and to a jury that this person had intent to manufacture a machine gun? I find this hard to believe.
Alright, I called it a gay piece of shit for a reason, though I still want an explanation on how this doesn't break apart the argument that op's idea wouldn't be a machine gun.
>how this doesn't break apart the argument that op's idea wouldn't be a machine gun.
That's why we're here, nobody has a definitive answer, can somebody ask the ATF?
How would it be phrased?
>pic related
its u
The ATF has never exactly been consistent in their rulings. And as arbitrary as they've been in the past, that legality could change any time.
