I used to drive for Uber and Lyft, they explicitly state in their ToS when you apply that they don't allow you to carry, but I'm from commiefornia(even if I do have a CCW) but it might differ in Florida. Just like a retail store would fire an employee for trying to stop a thief and did it in a "rough" manner.
