The “Satanic Temple” is a 1st-amendment defence organization, and not an actual religion. They’re the ones who push back against retarded governments that do stupid unconstitutional shit like putting statues of Jesus or the Ten Commandments on public ground and demand (or sue) that if the govt is gonna put a statue up for ONE religion then they better do it for ALL religions because that’s what the fucking 1st amendment requires. From a secular viewpoint, Satan is the Judeo-Christian anti-god, and with God traditionally representing goodness and love (wrath aside), Satan must represent hatred and evil. Plenty of ideaologies, religions, and philosophies place heavy emphasis on logic and reason, but it is in no way reasonable to think thatit's a good idea to worship the embodiment of evil and deception.
