This is almost no contest- Glock 17 (or 19).

One of the most ubiquitous handguns in the USA. You could scavenge G17 magazines & parts. from virtually any law enforcement officers/stations. Not to mention it's reliability and wide assortment of accessories.

Ammo itself won't be easy to come by, but 9mm is one of the most common rounds out there, so it's another major SHTF plus.

Possible second choices:
-CZ75
-SIG P226 (good luck finding parts)
-SIG P320 (assuming the XM17 magazines & parts fit it)
