Scope decitions

Redfield illuminator or Leupold marksman
Both 3-9x40mm
It's going on my now fixed 7mm rem mag which I had a machinist fix the bolt for.
Which should I keep and which should I sell?
(The leupold is brand new btw.)

Oh boy! It's the grammar SS come to gas the u's! I'm asking about a scope at the current moment. If I wanted input like this I wouldn't have come to k. Rather, I would have gone to a thesaurus. Now it's 1:17 am and all I can think of is this question. I need it answered so I can sleep in the near future.

Neither, you dumb nigger. Now tell me why you're set on your bullshit decision even though they're both awful scopes being sold for too much money.

Spelling and grammar are two different things

One was my grandfathers old scope he gave to me with the rifle, but pained my father to no end and is now slowly falling apart. The other I got as a present from my parents recently as a gift after their frustration trying to site it in. It turns out there was a problem with the stand that needed to be fixed. Why did you assume these did not have more meaning then just the scope? I do wish for better functionality but cannot decide, my dear grandfathers scope that he gave me because I liked trackingpoint scopes and it had a rangefinder in it, or the new scope my parents slaved to get me so they can burn what in my fathers eyes was an abomination of a graduation gift.

Everything about this picture! Even the smile!

Then put them in a box and write "happy feefee's" on the lid, you fucking idiot.

And what scope would you get? I don't have any money and want a scope I can aim quickly with for hunting bear.

My advice? Kill yourself. immediately.

>hunting bear
>3-9x scope
>pappy's old durr rifle
I kek'd out loud.

Well, I guess when you go to Jow Forums looking for advice you get
What else should I have expected? A actual evaluation of what the scopes bring to the table? Nah. Instead you get ppl saying your shit for getting that scope and fuck your emotional attachment to both, fuck the fact that you have to choose one or the other and fuck your gun Bc it's old. I came to ask this question so I'd actually get an idea of the positive and negative attributes to both in a fair evaluation and all I get is they r shit. Usually when I come to Jow Forums for advice I get the reason why, and I can choose based on that, apparently not this time.
PS.
It is a rifle that he rarely used, it's a mint condition 7mm rem mag. He did blast a grizzly bear running at full speed past him with it tho. Didn't even aim.

Use the fucking irons you dumb shit. You dont hunt dangerous game with a scope.

What does it matter? It's a hunting scope, and dont give me the "muh 900 yard elk shots", if you hunted any youd know that shit wont happen. Anything waterproof with a crosshair will work. Make another thread when you decide to get into long range

Actually my father blasted a 2 point mule deer (4 point if you count like a nugget) at a 600 km shot from a 180 grain 30-06 Winchester with a 4-18 power scope. It was in a large clear cut and he had to take 2 shots. Thought it was a 4 point (8 point in nugget points) Bc there was another buck hanging around him. You amaricans have nice small forests, I have to deal with pic related being a small clear cut. So yes it is very common for me to make long shots.

Did I say it was only bear I was hunting?

I'll be back in the morning.

Nobody is going to mention this cunt is a fucking imbred left handed freak??!!

Actually I'm right handed but my right eye is lazy.

I know you meant m, not km, but jeeeez

Yeah, it was shooting across a large clearcut.

Actually it could have been yards, it was around 200m If I found the right clearcut on gulag maps.

Hunting bear doesn't require a cannon or a special optic user

You do in fact do this. Also, black bear anyways is not dangerous game.

>Left hand bolt
Off yourself
