107cr is a good option if you're not gonna be worried about the 4.5mm stock vs 5.5 on that kind of rifle and don't want a full length. They go for a bit cheaper than FRs because of nostamps

I really like the idea of using east german furniture, not sure about the ultimak tho. I have a Seeall mk 2 that works really well on my saiga so that would probably work instead of the RMR

Just buy one of those dumbfuck krebs rifles then it fits your criteria perfectly
Best bet for the lightest start point would be an AK102/5, 5.5mm triangle, AK9 handguard, and then add onto that from there

Pretty much anything is going to help. Find a brake (not FH) you think looks good and get it. Just shooting my buddies wasr with a slant brake and then mine without it, it’s an extremely noticeable difference.
