Oh, and they're only giving you three weeks to do it.
>Residents of Boulder, Co., have until December 27 to “certify” their “assault weapons” or remove the firearms from city limits. Those who fail to comply could face fines, jail time, and confiscation and destruction of their firearms, according to the Denver Post.
>Boulder police say they have certified 85 firearms since the city council passed an “assault weapons” ban in May. Residents who already owned prohibited rifles, pistols, and shotguns were given the chance to keep their firearms by certifying prior ownership with police. The council also voted unanimously to ban “high-capacity” magazines and bump stocks.
>“My hope is that we will see more bans at the state level and one day at the federal level so these weapons will no longer be available,” Councilman Aaron Brockett said in May.
>Oh, and they're only giving you three weeks to do it. >>since the city council passed an “assault weapons” ban in May. Sounds like they gave you 8 months to do it. Who cares about local ordinances anyway? Don't comply and enjoy your overnight stay in jail if you get caught.

Rebuttal If these un constitutional and un American laws are not immediately repealed, and the responsible politicians for the passing of said laws are to immediately resign, then each day a civil servant and or politician of the city of Boulder will be killed.
This is your one and only warning, attempting any investigation or involvement of either state or federal law enforcement will significantly increase the severity of the reprisals, to include destruction of public utilities and the indiscriminate killing of civilians.
>It's just a certification, guys! We're just going to certify them! And if you don't certify them we're going to throw you in jail. >Also, we're going to throw you in jail if you certify them - it'll just be in the future, rather than right now. >WHY IS NOBODY CERTIFYING THESE AAHHHHH I CAN'T UNDERSTAND IT
