Ian Clegg the only guy in the world who managed to kill an undercover police officer with a .22 cal air rifle.

He wasn't trying to take his pand or home. Dreyden lived 30km away. The land belonged to him and was a designated "green belt" area (Dreyden volunteered for this). He had built a bungalow out of cinder blocks and the council was there to demolish it. You need to understand that Collinson was just sent out by the council to represent them, who had voted that the bungalow be demolished.
