Well I assume that one of goals would be to end Maduro's regime, but after that everything get's hazy. From what I understand Venezuelans like socialism, but hate Maduro and Brazil's government hates both Maduro and socialism, so I don't know what would happen if they tried to set up a pro-capitalist government, which is what they would most likely do.

Some of it. It's mostly heavy, and so refineries set up for light crude can't handle it, but that isn't a serious problem, just means it needs to be refined at facilities set up to handle heavy crude.
The real problem is mostly that production is so high right now that the prices are under what Venezuela needs to operate as a nation, despite being a massive oil exporter.
