The shepherd's crook design makes a fuckload more sense when you look at full-auto AKs. It's essentially Bubba'd into semiauto guns and its one of the weakest parts of the design because integral parts of it are missing.

Those are the M90NPs, they typically have gas issues, not magazine issues.

This. My Saiga had a yuge canted front sight. Put that bitch in your vice and smack the ever living fuck out of it with a heavy rubber mallet. Took two pussy whacks and one giant FUCK YOU whack to get it straight.
If you don't have a vice or a heavy rubber mallet, you're fucked. It's nearly impossible to do it with any other tools. A vice is absolutely necessary.

Got my zenitco furniture. You're right the RK/PK-3 pistol grip is kinda bulky fat, but I actually like it. Excited for the stock. I gotta decide on a safety selector for the build, as well as a trigger. Thinking the ALG, but aren't there a couple different ones? Also I've decided on a DOLG M3 sling.
Can't decide on optic. Thinking FDE/Tan Holosun H503GU.
