Someone has to say it, Yugo AKs are ugly as fuck. The shape of the stock and handguards are nauseating. However, Yugo SKS's are one of the most aesthetic guns, period.

Good luck finding the optic, I only ever found ones calibrated for 8mm mauser used by the Zastava M76

I have a source on the rail, and the optic. It’s held in place by friction it looks like so it kinda sucks compared to modern offerings but it’ll mostly be for show, and iron sighted shooting.
It’s a saw cut kit with the original barrel, that was the auction pic, here it is with the Romy G kit I got that also has the original barrel (torch cut tho sadly) I got the yugo kit for $420 and the G kit for $475 which is a steal for both.

Mine says 17,6 Ziko 95 and has this on the other side. Might throw this on the M70 milled kit when it’s done for the ultimate Yugoslav war era rifle. I like Aks and I like Serbia so getting the kit for $420 was a dream.
