I'm guessing it's an A4 upper, detachable carry handle, A2 front sight block with a midlength gas system on a 16" barrel, standard AR15 receiver, A2 stock and grip.
You could just buy a 16" midlength upper from PSA, and a rifle lower build kit and make it for ~$420 total after lower, rear sight and mag
