any air rifle will do really .Rats are by the hundreds in a nest and the pellets/ammo you need for one is cheap

Cleanliness, traps, predatory animals.
If you want to kill them yourself, an air rifle.

Zyklon B

A Jow Forumsat.
Or shotgun with napalm rounds.

>cleanliness
clean your floors, pantry etc... so theirs no resources for them to get into

put all your dry goods into plastic containers they find difficult to chew through whatever they are getting at probably dry goods place on higher shelves

>baits
put baits down and lay rags soaked in peppermint oil the scent repels them peppermint extract doesn't work though

>trap
rolling log mouse trap
>youtube.com/watch?v=6SIlYiiCGLI

get a bucket

drill too holes in the top on either side then fit a metal pipe that can spin with pins on the end through the holes

fill bucket with water maybe 1/3 then put bait (peanut butter onto middle of metal spinny pipe)

put ramps up to the where the ends of the pipe are

rodent come up ramps go for peanut butter and then metal spins they fall in and drown

theirs many variations of this trap all work pretty well

place the trap under the house if its raised or near the food source

>biological warfare = jack russel /rat terrier / parsons terrier / Patterdale Terrier / jagdterrier

the first two can be family dogs the last three can as well but they are genuine hunting dogs

cats suck don't get them dogs are better

>weapons
air rifle or sling shot

>seal gaps
have a look at your benches, pantry, skirting boards and clog up any gaps you might find

t. dealing with rats and mice

the reason your getting them if your in the states is because they are looking for warmth/shelter and resources as its winter and cold outside

>striker turned into a mauler

It's a street sweeper

We have (((other uses))) for that

rat flail

Goddamn the 80s were a great decade

Use cats to take care of rats is like gassing a city to combat an insurgency.

Depends on how far away the target is and where.
>Across the yard along the corn crib
Bolt or semi auto .22lr
>In a barn or pole bldg
Light shotgun loads, 1000 fps #9 shot
>Urban warfare
Traps and a .177 Springer with a 2x7 springer rated scope.
